Excellent Support Made Up for Logistical Mix-Up
I ordered the GEEKOM A8 and initially received a unit configured for the EU market—it came with a European power cable instead of a US plug. I’m not sure if the issue was on Amazon’s end or GEEKOM’s, but it was a frustrating start.That said, GEEKOM’s customer service really impressed me. They first tried sending a replacement power cable, but when that didn’t solve the problem, they sent me a brand-new US model instead. Their rep, Donnie, stayed in touch throughout the process and made sure everything was fully resolved. That level of follow-up and accountability was appreciated.As for the mini PC itself, it’s been excellent. The build quality feels solid, it runs quiet for most tasks, and performance has been smooth and reliable. It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease—multitasking, streaming, and productivity work are all snappy and responsive. The compact design also fits perfectly into my workspace without any clutter.I’m deducting one star for the initial shipping mistake, but GEEKOM’s professional support and the overall quality of the hardware more than made up for it. Great mini PC, and a company that stands behind their product.

Mini PC was pre-loaded with Win 11 Pro, but removed it and installed Linux OS, KDE Plasma.Went smoothly. Great Mini PC. However, I should have bought the 64GB model, but ordered more RAM.The PC does not heat up. Great cooling system.Very pleased. I have a Cybergeek Mini as well and the Geekom Mini is a bit smaller. Great. Fits on top of Cybergeek Mini.Would definitely recommend anyone venture out and purchase a Geekom Mini. Many to select from.

Buyer Beware – Disappointing Experience and Unexpected Fees
Be aware that my experience with this third-party seller was quite disappointing. The mini-PC I received never functioned from the start and simply could not connect to the internet, so it was never actually used. When I returned the item in perfect condition with all original packaging, I was still charged a $100 fee supposedly for missing the return window by a small margin—despite the fact that the product was returned exactly as received and never actually worked.In short, this was a low-quality product experience paired with poor customer service from the seller. To add to that, the unexpected fee felt arbitrary and unfair. I’d advise other buyers to be cautious and aware of potential return issues and additional costs when dealing with this seller.

Works as promised. Have not added anything to it except monitor and keyboard and trackball and one monitor. Will expand to 3 monitors, possible 4. Executes command quickly and has enough memory to add additional chores to the computer.
