Excellent backup battery
I love this backup battery, it works even when lights went out. I just wish it had more than 6 outlets. I told my daughter about it and she ordered one too. I think I’m going to order another.

Alert beeper cannot be turned off
Have not used yet. When power goes off, the unit will continually beep every 30 seconds or so. Nice for the notification, however it cannot be turned off. With a long power outage, it become quite annoying. Contacted mfgr and they noted that some more expensive units had that feature, so I should get them. Alternatively, I could open the unit, disable the beeper and void the warranty. I’m voiding the warranty, however the beeper is on a circuit board, so not so easy and high risk. Already open the unit to find out the challenge, so out luck in all areas.

Surprisingly good value
I needed a new UPS for my living room (I have a TV, a mini-PC, monitor, PS5 & Xbox). The one I was using that was rated for 400W was not able to consistently handle the load if I was doing something intensive on 2 devices (it would start squealing because more power was going out than was coming in). On paper this one says it can handle 500W but it was much cheaper than others with a similar capacity, so I was wary, but decided to give it a shot.I’ve never had any issues with it in the month or so I’ve had it. I’ve tried to push as much of a load as I can by running everything at once and it was fine. UPDATE: NOT Very Happy!
UPDATED Review:Pulled out of storage. I bought the Forza in Jan of 2019 and had to replace the internal battey in Dec of 2019.Cannot recommend.—OLD REVIEW: Bought at a great price and been working for couple months now. Using it as a backup for Arlo, Orbi and cable modem… If power goes out, Internet still runs. Power actually went out around 11pm a couple weeks ago and UPS ran into the morning when power came back on… Did have to listen to annoying beep but there’s no getting around that in a UPS.

So far so good.
I am using this UPS battery to power my Modem and Router in order to keep my network running for a while during a power outage,So far it has not let me down during any of the frequent brief outages caused by high winds.Of course, longer outages will eventually exhaust the battery.

Works great. Beeping (during power failure) is too frequent.
Has functioned well. Kept our WIFI running (allowed us to view RADAR) during a tornado that struck our community. Beeping is annoying. I’ll likely open it up and disconnect the beeper.

Excelente producto, la primera vez que se me volvió a ir la luz, por una pésima instalación de cfe en el cableado, cada que hace viento muy fuerte se me va la luz, por eso compre un equipo para probar, cuando se me volvió a ir la luz, dije ya valió mi trabajo, pero no, si mantuvo mis equipos prendidos, tengo conectada una pc con una fuente de 750W dos monitores de 200hz uno de 27″ y una impresora y todo bien, estoy pensando en comprarme un para más de estos No-Break R-Smart 2010, ya que ha sido mejor que los reguladores de voltaje.

QuerÃÂa uno de esto hace tiempo, solo que no me gusta que esta pitando a cada rato porque hay una fluctuacion en la luz, soy de México y acada rato hay eso asàque esta pite y pite a veces lo apago para que se calle y tampoco me gusta la luz qué tiene cuando esta encendido porque lo tengo en mi cuarto y no me deja dormir en la noche asàque lo apago, fuera de eso esta bien y esta pesado también
