Great value for the money
Great value. I was able to set this up to dual boot on Ubuntu and Windows with little trouble. No performance issues. It’s pretty snappy, and besides some quirks with the keyboard, this is a pretty decent buy if you get it for the sale price. TBH, it could be worth the list price, but I don’t pay list price for machines. Battery life is decent, and the charger is sturdy. Haven’t had trouble with any peripheral yet.

Basically fine, some unusual keypad design
Pros: nicely lightweight, really cute little Nemo style clownfish embellishment on the case, backlit keyboard, easy startup, excellent customer service. My computer arrived malfunctioning, and they were very quick to get me a replacement, and were very easy to work with.Cons: I specifically wanted a numeric keypad, since I do a lot of accounting on my computer. The number pad is not the typical accounting layout, and is actually making quick data entry a bit annoying…and unquick. Rather than the typical layout with the decimal at the bottom, enter on bottom right, and addition and subtraction stacked on top of the enter button, you can see in the picture that these are all at the top, and the enter button is the main qwerty enter. Not a fan, and not something that was on my radar to check for. A numeric keypad has never followed this design formaton on any computer I’ve ever owned.The volume & brightness keys actually require you to press the funtion button to activate, which is inconvenient & not the norm on most PCsFor me, these are significant annoyances, but for some, they’d be rather inconsequential, so I am leaving a 4 star rather than 3 star review.

Excellent experience
This was such an easy experience, transferring my stuff over to this PC. The PC itself is plenty fast enough for basic email, spreadsheets, photos, Teams meetings, etc. The 1TB of storage is great and the memory seems adequate for anything I will do with it. The screen is nice and large and the backlit keyboard is a huge help. My only complaint is that the backlit keyboard times out after 10 seconds (to save energy) and that does not seem to be adjustable. I contacted support and they were responsive to confirm that point. This is a very impressive laptop for the price point and with the 2 year warranty, I feel like I made an excellent purchase.

We bought this for our 13 year old son, he loves playing racing games that require a âgaming computerâ. We bought one before this and had to return it but this one runs his games perfectly. He is so happy with the way this one is running! We couldnât be happier with the purchase!
