Too sketchy to know if it’s working. Seems to drop out quite a bit.
Installing was interesting. Getting them updated was a struggle. Attaching them to the ‘master’ was interesting. I had to wipe all of them and work to get them attached. They didn’t connect at first, but after wiping (a few times) they seemed to connect. I see the green light blinking often, and sometimes have the idea that they are not working because of low signal, but they show ‘good’ when I login to see them. The kit I bought from Amazon had basically three ‘master’ nodes, and they did not play well together. I think I would have had to create three separate wifi networks just to get them all able to provide a connection, and then changing between them could be an issue. There would be no backhaul either, I would think. It would be a real mess. So getting these, I assumed would make a more stable network. So far, the jury is still out, but it’s not looking good. And Cisco support was relegated to an unmoderated blog. Seriously… (I don’t see where Amazon still offers the three master kit any longer)

Flaming Pile of Garbage… Cisco gone downhill
This was the worst ‘mesh’ experience for brand new out-of-the-box epic fails. I got a start 3 AP kit, with 3 140AC pucks, and this 143AC mesh extender, an absolute requirement. I have been working on Cisco and other brands for years, its what I do.This damned thing – you enter the MAC as directed, then that is all the direction you get – it says it should mesh up, all done. Nope!!!!!! Also, even with the web front end, you STILL need the phone app… how consumer grade of them. This is especially true if you are a horrible person who likes to change their SSID – that is a no no.Then this mesh thing just sits there… blinking all colors… shows in the list of AP as an extender, but unable to ‘join’ – and yes I fixed clocks, time zones, certs, passwords, etc…. it just wont work and you cant just call Cisco.Screw all that – every EVERY other brand works better and easier. DO NOT BUY THIS, it is a steaming pile – definitely NOT the Cisco I used to know and love.

Doesn’t work! Unable to configure this router and it literally was bricked right from the start. Threw it in the trash!

Unstable devices
When they work theyre awesome. Very fast and the seemless mesh is just that..seemless. they pick your device up quickly as you move with absolutely no interuption. They also have fantastic range. With that being said, every now and then they just go wonky. The longest ive gone is 57 days. Theyll start a blink rotation, which according to the cisco spec sheet theyre trying to synch their firmware version, but nothing has been changed with the firmware. A simple power recycle has never workes when they go into this mode. The only thing that does work is if you remove it from your network, do a couple hard resets, and readd it then you should be good for another couple months.Im a faithfull cisco guy so ill continue to use them, but im very disappointed in this product considering i’ve got cisco devices that have been running for over five years without a restart.

Not worth the money
We have tried over and over to use and even had internet company try to help. It does not connect to the system.

COMPANY IS A SCAM
The merchant sold a fake device. It quit working six weeks after purchase and usage and when I looked at the back of the device I realized that âbusinessâ was incorrectly spelled. I contacted CISCO and because the device is fake, of course the limited lifetime warranty is VOID.
