A better mouse experience
I purchased this mouse as a gift for my girl to make her life easier at her job. She works on her computer.I’ve used this brand and style before for computer games and really enjoyed it. A much better gaming mouse than a traditional mouse in my experience.Ana has arthritis in her hands . This mouse is much more ergonomic and her pain has gone down compared to using the old style. She has had a slight learning curve but now that she uses it daily she said she loves using it.Her wrist, hand , finger pain and swelling has gone way down.Set up is a breeze and the quality is very good.Battery life is long and this is easy to pack up and transport also.Being able to click and drag , scroll while not having to move your hand and wrist while using the orbital ball is more productive for work tasks while requiring less physical effort at the same time. It makes her job easier while also helping to manage her pain levels down. The money is well spent on this mouse for work or home.Treat yourself and you won’t regret it.

Good quality, long battery life, looks classy
Batter has lasted a couple of months so far without charging. The roller ball glides smoothly and the ergonomic design fits my hand nicely. Buttons don’t stick or anything and it’s light but has enough weight to no get knocked around too easily. Functions as expected and seems high quality as this brand typically does. I didn’t want to spend this much on a mouse, but I know it will last for a really long time so I went for it.

Best trackball mouse.
This is my favorite mouse-like device. My family has at least 4 of the prior version. The one I was using was probably 8 years old and it started to double click even when I didn’t double click. For example, when I clicked a link, it opened two tabs of the same page. But I love the ergonomics and function of the track ball. I tried to swap for my daughters but hers got something sticky on/in it (she was probably 15yo when she got it) and the right click stuck a bit. I decided to just get a new one. The new one is just as good as the prior version except it supports blue-tooth so you don’t need the USB key anymore. It’s smooth and clicks perfectly. Highly recommend.

Great mouse, functionality top notch
Love this mouse. I know people might be worried about adjusting from a traditional mouse to one of these, which is controlled using your thumb, but assuming you are right handed and don’t have arthritis in your thumb, this style of mouse is so much more natural and intuitive and easy to use that dragging your hand all over the place. The buttons have a soft buttery click, cursor movement is smooth, and it was very easy to set up on my computer. I use mine for work which is a lot of documents and excel and internet. I don’t have gaming experience but for what I use it for it’s great. I wish it were a little more affordable but I haven’t been able to find a similar style mouse for much cheaper so it might just be the price point. The only negative feedback I have is that this is supposed to be able to switch between multiple devices with just the push of a button when you have one device set up to Bluetooth and the other with usb transmitter- it’s called the easy switch. But it has never worked for me. I tried looking up videos and disconnecting and reconnecting but it just won’t work so unless I fully disconnect and reconnect to another device with Bluetooth- I’m really stuck using it on just one device. I really wish this feature was working, but alas.

Great trackball, looks good, works great
Love the trackballs. My last one by Logitech stopped working after a number of years. This one works great, connects easily, and no issues or problems. I love how it fits inside the palm of my hand. It’s much better for work than one I have to push all over the place. Batteries last a long time on these. Scroll wheel is easy to use and scrolling is smooth, not jerky. Great value!

Best trackball I’ve ever used.
Bought this to replace my 10-year old trackball. While it doesn’t have the button feedback the old one had, these trackballs are durable and are so much better than a mouse. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome has not been an issue since I switched. Not expensive at all, battery lasts around 3 months of heavy usage (I am a software developer, so I use it at least 10 hours per day.)

Ergonomic comfort and ease of use
This trackball offers comfort and ease of use. it is perfect for those that need to use their computers for long hours. I have arthritic hands, so this is the only mouse or trackball that is comfortable. It has a wonderful ergonomic design that helps avoid hand damage over time. The batteries life is good, and the Bluetooth connectivity is great. The white color is a very nice change.

Great for shoulder pain from using traditional mouse
Worked great for frozen-shoulder like symptoms like scrunched up shoulder and pinky finger falling asleep. With more and more applications being browser based and having fewer keyboard shortcut, I’m forced to use a mouse more and this causes my arm to be constantly be outstretched. This is the only thing that has worked for me. I tried using a vertical mouse, using a shorter keyboard to bring the mouse closer, a track pad, and ergonomic mouse pad. The track pad might’ve been okay but I hated the gestures. With this mouse, I can keep the mouse nearby and my shoulder stationary so my shoulder, elbow, and wrist stay in neutral positions. My shoulder doesn’t creep up to my ears anymore. The trackball is slower and harder to control than a traditional mouse but the adjust has been worth it (versus the retraining the trackpad needed). I like that it has back and forth buttons and pairs with Bluetooth so I don’t need the dongle. And the added benefit of the trackball is that it’s like doing thumbs exercises and stretches to help with curling thumbs from tightening thumb muscles from thumb typing on phones.

I’ve used the older M570 for well over 10 years and it had a problem with buttons wearing out and double clicking, and I had it replacement more than once under warranty. Near the end when the warranty was up I learned how to replace the switches on my own, but eventually I just couldn’t fix them anymore. SO I’m off to buy something new, which lead me to this. This new M757S trackball is almost the same as the older M570, but slightly different shape, but generally feels the same in my hand. The added bluetooth option is a nice addition, but if you already have a bunch of Logitech unifying receivers, this one uses the newer bolt receiver and is not compatible; no problem for me since I use bluetooth now, but if you have an older keyboard you love and don’t have bluetooth you’ll need to have both an old and new receiver plugged in using up an additional port. No problem having two, but just be aware if you’re limited on ports.Base on past history, I’ve also had good luck with Logitech devices. Great support, great quality (previous trackball excluded, but the warranty was exceptional), fantastic compatibility over the years.

I have large hands and was finding that my hand would cramp up with a traditional mouse. After using this for 6 months, I can say my hand and wrist are much improved and it fits my hand very well. It took me about a week to get used to and my thumb got very sore over the first week as it isn’t used to that much use. I switched between a traditional mouse and this one every hour or so for the first couple of days to relieve the pressure on my thumb.

Feels light duty.

Still my favourite form factor, this is my fourth M57X mouse from Logitech, and this latest version is equally nice physically, but has by far the worst connection strength. Mouse movement stutters and inputs drop even with an extension cable bringing the wireless dongle within 3 feet, and bluetooth stutters with the computer only 3 meters away. I know it can be better since every previous M575 was, but this newest one just isn’t the same signal quality.
