Great laptop
Love this laptop. It was very easy to set up, etc. I have enjoyed using it. The touchpad takes a little more effort than my Macbook Pro but I mostly use an external mouse. It is very fast and I have no issues with it.

Excellent experience
This was such an easy experience, transferring my stuff over to this PC. The PC itself is plenty fast enough for basic email, spreadsheets, photos, Teams meetings, etc. The 1TB of storage is great and the memory seems adequate for anything I will do with it. The screen is nice and large and the backlit keyboard is a huge help. My only complaint is that the backlit keyboard times out after 10 seconds (to save energy) and that does not seem to be adjustable. I contacted support and they were responsive to confirm that point. This is a very impressive laptop for the price point and with the 2 year warranty, I feel like I made an excellent purchase.

Serves its purpose well. Have even ran multiple plugins and mixed recordings with no issues. 16gb ram would have made it much better, but still a good budget choice. No issues after 6 months.

Great lap top- Excellent customer service!
Great lap top BUT even better customer service!The first lap top we ordered wasnât holding a charge. I reached out to Nimo, they ended up sending us a new one (even before we sent back the previous one!) the old one we had to have it âcleanedâ before we old send it back because it had all of our personal information on it. I wasnât doing a hard reset so Nimo said they would pay for a computer repair shop to do the reset for me.Nimo sent us a money order within two days of paying the computer repair shop and paid for the old lap top to be shipped back to them! (And they left a nice handwritten, personal note and ended it with the John 3:16 â¥ï¸Great job Nimo!
