I was very unhappy I tried to download it. It would not let me activate and now I’m waiting for a refund. It’s not showing on my account yet. I am told I have to wait five days but they took out the 69.99 on my account right away.

Not user friendly
I gave used Printnaster for years. Finally decided to upgrade. I am so sorry I did. A total waste if money. Text boxes are deceptive – you set font size, but doesn’t use what you set. Fonts hard to find/use not as many as my old one- sane with clip art. Selection limited. I had much more before. It is absolutely useless.

Hard to use and nothing that I have learned from using Printmaster for the last 30+ years is of any use with this program Save your money! This program is basically useless. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Big update from previous versions
I would like to see better instruction on using the program. I wanted to do greeting cards. When I selected this project, a panel titled “Master Overlay’ appears. I could find no instruction on using it. With a little trial and error, I was able to make my card.

Not happy with this product. Does not allow customization as indicated. Clip art is very limited. Very disappointed I have used much easier graphic packages. Will not recommend to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE
PRINTMASTER V9 DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. After researching, there is NO WAY they will issue a REFUND. Differently not worth the money.
